The JCM Mystery Keepsake Scoop is a fun new way to turn your favorite photos into personalized keepsakes — but you won't know exactly what you're getting until we scoop! 

Choose your scoop size, upload your favorite photos, and we'll take care of the rest.

Each mystery capsule contains a hidden charm representing a personalized keepsake, bonus item, or special surprise. Your uploaded photos will be randomly matched to the keepsakes you reveal, making every order completely unique!

How It Works

1. Choose Your Scoop
Select your Mystery Scoop size.

2. Upload Your Photos 
Upload your favorite photos when placing your order. Feel free to send a variety — family, children, loved ones, pets, wedding photos, graduation photos or any memories you'd love to turn into keepsakes.

3. We Scoop! 
Your mystery capsules are randomly selected. Each hidden charm reveals what you've won.

4. We Create Your Keepsakes 
We'll randomly choose from your uploaded photos and use them to create the personalized items revealed in your scoop.

What Could You Reveal?

Mystery prizes may include personalized photo keychains, photo magnets, photo puzzles, photo jewelry, photo phone grips, photo mousepads and more, along with occasional bonus prizes and special surprises.

Every capsule is a winner — no empty capsules!

Have a Special Request?

There's a Special Requests box available when ordering. You can tell us things such as:

“Please use Grandma's photo for any jewelry.”
“Please keep the wedding photos together.”
“Please don't use this photo on a puzzle.”

We'll do our best to accommodate special requests when possible, but specific mystery items cannot be guaranteed.

Capsules and tissue-paper colors do not represent a particular prize. Your hidden charms are randomly selected, so there's no way to tell what's inside before your scoop.

Once you've uploaded your photos and placed your order, you're done! No need to return later to submit additional information. We'll scoop, reveal, create and prepare your personalized surprises.
